Vocaloid Descriptions: Ausgris

(Note: It's been a while since I've done one of these, hasn't it?)
Some official Ausgris art
A reference

Name: Ausgris, pronounced Aw-gree, it's French. This is more of a "working title" for the project, so it may change.
Voice donor: All that's been announced is that the voice donor is not a singer and sung-spoke the samples.
Engine: V5? Probably?
Company: Is being made by and will be sold by VocaTone
Release date: IN THE FUTURE
Updates and/or additional voicebanks: Nope
Language: English
Voice type: A low, youngish male-sounding voice with an American accent. They have a "quirky and upbeat voice, able to sing and speak at a low pitch."
Weaknesses: ???
Strengths: ??? Maybe talkloids?
Examples: Ausgris Beta Demo- be aware that this was released when only one pitch of recordings had been made, so that's why his low tones sound weird.
Reception: Not popular yet, as they haven’t been released yet. They are used as a character in some Vocaloid Ask Blogs, however, such as Ask The Vocalosers.
My opinion: My favorite unreleased Vocaloid (although to be fair, there aren’t a lot of those). I like their design, and what we have of their voice, already. They sound kind of like a younger Big Al.
Backstory: I suppose I should add this, because the regular description doesn’t have much information. Let’s start with the company. VocaTone is the company that made Oliver and YOHIOloid. They didn’t sell those Vocaloids, however. They passed that job off to the company PowerFX, the one that made and sold Sweet Ann and Big Al. VocaTone is not going to do that for Ausgris. As you saw in the description, Ausgris will be both made and sold by VocaTone, The First (and only) American Vocaloid Company.
We have had no news on them since July 2017, but that’s most likely since, first, Yamaha suddenly dropped V5 on all the companies making Vocaloids and they have to redo everything. The same exact thing happened for V4's release, in fact. Second, VocaTone isn’t really a very organized company, so the lack of news makes sense. Third, there were a lot of young male Vocaloids being produced when Ausgris was first demonstrated. That's most likely why he's been worked on for so long.
Oh, and if you've noticed that I've been referring to Ausgris with they/them pronouns, they're agender. Voice does not have to be the same as identity does not have to be the same as appearance does not have to be the same thing as gender. I hope that was readable. Anyway, they have a male voice and appearance, and an agender identity. Just a heads up.
