The Post Where You're Subjected Once Again To My Tastes In Music

(It’s time for another one, bois. Prepare yourselves. Also, this was the post that I bit more off of than I could chew. Can you tell? Anyway, let's just jump right in, since you already know what this is.)

     Vocalsynth cover artists:
MioDioDaVinci- Turned me into a Kyo fan in the span of an hour when I listened to their covers. Also does a good job with the other ZOLA boys and VY2.
Lanuman- First, their tuning is really realistic. Second, I really like how they use a lot of Vocaloid “underdogs” really well. Third, their manly Piko gives me life.

     Vocalsynth Producers:
kyaami/cillia- The absolute goddess of Vocaloid and other synth tuning in general. Show her covers to your friends and they'll think it's a human singing. She used to be in the cover artists section, but recently she released a Vocaloid Original song!
Porter Robinson- He uses Avanna for only three original songs, plus some remixes/live edits, but I just really like his music in general and would recommend him to anyone.
AegisSan- Nice soft/alternative rock. I’m not really a fan of their works with Rin and Len English, as I just don’t like their accents, but their use of Gumi and Fukase is top-notch.
TechniKen- More synth-pop-y? I don't exactly know, but he has a nice style and singing voice, which he uses in addition to Vocaloids.
Yulee- Nice chill beats. Uses Emvoice Lucy as well, which I like.
Police Piccadilly- Their style varies a lot, mostly between pop rock and electronic, but every song is good. So far they’ve used only Miku, Renri, and Gumi, but they’ve used each to their full potential.
ODDEEO- His style is half 80s synthpop with Gumi and half Porter Robinson-esque emotional songs with robots. Also has an interesting philosophy on Vocaloid in general. Oh, and his music videos are simply top-notch.
23.exe- They're pretty much the only Vocaloid P whose songs using Miku I like, besides Police Piccadilly. They make very cute bops, and Miku just sounds cute, rather than squeaky and ear-shattering.
Lauren Estes- An absolute cinnamon roll (but don’t tell her I said that). She has a very soft aesthetic for songs, and uses Avanna a lot. Skldjasshl. Very good. Also has a good Discord server with cool peeps who make art together and share it.
Guiano- Sad Imagine Dragons vibes. Uses two Vocaloids a lot: flower, the growly and scratchy androgynous child, and IA, the majestic one. His music videos, especially recently, have been very nice as well.
Anh Duy- I love his tuning of Teto.
Makku- I love his UTAU, Makku, especially his English voicebank. A bit too much Circus-P for my taste, but I still very much respect him.
Some individual synths I would look up are Oliver, YOHIOloid, Yamine Renri, Eleanor Forte, Fukase, Amy, Avanna, Maika, Prima, Tonio, SONiKA, Utatane Piko, V flower, Kyo, and IA. I have some random covers/originals of them from different random Vocaloid cover artists/producers.

     Okay, now for non-Vocaloid music.
I have listened to all of the Monstercat: Instinct uploads. As well as being good exposure to more Producers, I have used the handy hashtags that are on each video to figure out which subgenres I like:
-Electronic
-Chillout
-Indie Dance (very much)
-House
-Some Future Bass
-Some Glitch Hop
I do not like:
-Dubstep
-Trap
-Most Drum n’ Bass (DnB)
-Anything that’s too repetitive
-Anything with too much bass
Some individual Producers I like are:
JJD- Nice and bouncy. I appreciate the texture of his songs, but understand that others might not.
     TheFatRat- Good. Just… good. Bouncy.
Jack Shore- Has a lot of different styles, but excels in every one. Bops.
Tristam- He makes the only DnB that I like. I’m currently trying to make a string orchestra arrangement of his song My Friend, which is just… Feels.
Dave Wave- Knows a lot about music theory, especially of that surrounding early 20th century dance music. He makes videos explaining these genres and more concepts that are understandable but still contain the important elements of each. I love his Electro-Swing songs/remixes.
DESERT STAR/Jay Cosmic- I love their Indie Dance.
Some Producers I might look into more from Monstercat are Half An Orange, Cloudnone, and Conro.
