Updated Music I Like Post

     I did one of these a while ago, except in two separate posts, so that was weird, and I put my Vocaloid music in an unusual format, and I have more music I like now, so in summary, I'm doing another one. Wow, that was one sentence. Anyway, let's get started.

     I like most electronic music in general, although I don’t like songs with nothing going on in them, musically, like this one. It’s just boring and harsh. That’s probably a result of my extremely classical/folk musical ear.

     I got into JJD and Skylike from The Arcadium. I haven’t listened to them much yet, but here’s my favorites so far for each one:
     JJD: Horizon, Ocean, The Woods, Skyhigh, Sweets
     Skylike: Dawn, Limitless, Collide, Takeoff, You
     In general, they have nice, bouncy, light electronic music, a bit like TheFatRat.

     TheFatRat, especially Mayday, Fly Away, The Calling, Never Be Alone, and Chosen. He is also the person who founded The Arcadium. Not only do I love The Arcadium’s music, it is also copyright-free, has amazing background art for every song, and is easy to customize and download. I feel slightly like an ad now, but it’s true.      Owl City, especially House Wren, Beautiful Times, Gold, Hot Air Balloon, Take It All Away, Strawberry Avalanche, Galaxies, and I Hope You Think Of Me.

     Porter Robinson: Sea of Voices RAC Mix, Language, Years of War, Sad Machine, Fresh Static Snow, Hear the Bells, Goodbye To a World. I like Porter because he has a modern aesthetic but classical complexity in his songs. Also, his songs make you... I don't know exactly how to put it into words, but they make you feel things. The most I really feel when listening to other songs is a general bounciness, or maybe a sadness. But Language makes me feel so hopeful, and Fresh Static Snow makes me feel like I've never met someone, but still know them, and Goodbye To a World makes me feel like I'm falling asleep in my mother's arms, or maybe I'm dying, but it's still okay, and still others make me feel things that either I cannot properly put into words or humans have no words for them in the first place.

     I also like that he uses Avanna in some of his songs.

     Bill Wurtz. might quit, At The Airport Terminal, long long long journey, slow down, Mount St. Helens is about to Blow Up, La de da de da de da de day oh. No words can describe his music, but for an entirely different reason than Porter Robinson.

     And now on to Vocaloids!
     My favorite Vocaloids are Oliver, Hio, Avanna, Fukase, Sonika, Piko, Gumi, and Big Al. I also like other synths such as Synth V, Emvoice, CeVIO, UTAU, and others. Some of my favorite Vocaloid Producers are GuitarHeroPianoZero, Jade S, kyaami (goddess of tuning), TechniKen, Vocasy, and AegisSan.
